This high quality lubricant is specifically designed for use in fishing reels when in contact with fresh and salt water.The secret to the success of the lube is P.T.F.E. or Teflon as its commonly known.

Think about this, when you cook some snags in a Telfon pan the fat/oil doesn't stick. When you wash it afterwards the water slips right out, beading on the surface where its left. This is because water and grease will not stick to Teflon.

Now, combine these properties in a lubricant and you have a product that wont thin out with oil, wont wash off with water and wont emulsify when wet. Pretty good thing in a fishing reel!
